I do like it and I recommend it, but it appears to me that it doesn't necessarily cause weight loss, but it has prevented me from gaining weight when I go on one of my carb binges. I'm happy about that and will always keep a bottle on hand for that reason.
I must warn you though. The directions say to take 3 of these with meals. The first day I did that I had horrible gas all day.
